There Goes the Diet

Well, just for a day.

Now you know where I will be on Sunday, April 13 from 10am-6pm.

Yes, I will be taking my camera.
Yes, I will be trying everything I can get my hands on, especially if it is made out of dark chocolate.
Yes, I will be fasting for all of next week.

I do this for you. You know that, right?

Oh God, I live in the wrong city. That sounds aMAZing.

Hi Modern Tanguera,

Well get on out here, then! Plus, there's LOTS of tango in town.

You can work off the chocolate by dancing and running up our hills.

Of course you do it for us. Poor saps who don't live in San Francisco must live vicariously. I think I'm jealous. Strike that. I know I am. Eat a salty, sweet caramel and think of me.

How did you know that I am a Recchiuiti Fleur de Sel caramel fiend? Are you spying in my room?

Maybe I will get you something and that will be even more fun.

Don't be jealous. Come and see me instead!

You have an international chocolate salon? My god, I have to move to SF. It's looking like a better and better idea.

And there are such things as salty sweet caramels? Why did noone tell me? Normally I have to alternate bites of chocolate and crisps. (I think that's 'chips' when translated into North American.)

Dear Pschye,

Yes, darling, there are definitely salty sweet caramels. I am telling you now so you can start eating them for the rest of your life.

Get this kind, they are to die for:

And then there is my Manna from Heaven, my blessed Goji bar with Himalayan Sea Salt:

If you move to San Francisco, we will love it. We need more cute British people like you who say things like "crisps."

And it never snows here.

YUMMY!!!! I am so jealous.

Oh my god. Those look so good. The second I land in the States I'm ordering some.

I have no idea what pink Himalayan salt is, but it sounds way better than ordinary salt.

I expect you will need dark chocolate from Paris added to the wish list. xo

Hi all,

I know you guys are going to be VERY disappointed, but I did not go to the Chocolate Salon.

I had a very good reason which I'll tell you later and I promise to make it up to you.

xoxo
