More Movie Star Sightings
Here's a little real San Francisco movie stardom...
Hopefully some of you saw this movie because it's really wonderful.
Of course I was totally freaking out about these guys. And I got some great photos but they'll have to wait. I have got to go to sleep before I pass out in my chair.

Haven't seen it but thanks anyway :-).
Greetings from London.
Tangobaby, your life surely is GLAM!
We did see it and loved it! But before we saw it, probably back in 1998 or so, we were up in SF doing a walkabout after breakfast in Washington Square, and heard a loud raucous free for all up in the trees. We could not believe how many parrots were up there. One of our great memories of SF!
Loved the picture!
Well that's movie #3 that's going on my netflix queue, as recommended. (I'm in the middle of a Doctor Who marathon right now.)
I'm very curious about these star sightings. Where did you see them? I've heard of these mysterious wild parrots, but where do they live? Are they tame? They are absolutely gorgeous! Can't wait to see more phots.
Great movie. A C I L, gotta check it out. I wish they would do an update, even if it's a tad depressing.
Our interview is up!
Ooh, I love those parrots, great movie! I keep forgetting to look for them when I am in town.
i agree with susana, totally glamarous!
Oh I missed that film, but how fabulous that you're hob-nobbing with te famous!! :)
I've never heard of them before! what a great thing to hear of and I will have to check on the movie. have a gorgeous day
How awesome was Bud Cort. What was that commotion in the back of the theatre? I thought it had something to do with sketchfest, but I think it turned out to be someone just sketching out.
Love the colors and the focus on the parrots. And yes, I had forgotten I had seen that movie and also forget to look for them when I am in San Francisco, too.
When I read you were going to the Harold and Maude Anniversary screening, I was so envious. It's got to be my feel good movie (no...any movie) favorite. So many reasons to love it and not worry about getting old...it taught me that 38 years ago!
Teri and the cats of Furrydance
Beautiful movie, beautiful parrots, beautiful neighborhood! Telegraph Hill is one of my favorites.
It was great meeting up with you the other day for lunch. Let's do it again sometime!
Tangobaby-
I know I've only been commenting for a bit, but I've been reading for much longer, and I was wondering... would you interview me?
Thanks!
Claire
Oh my oh my! I want to see them too. The movie was great!
You should have recovered by now, flip us the birds!
Well. Come back soon. I Need more of these little lovelies. Happy weekend, dear heart.
