This Is Not the Real Post, Either

I'm too tired. I've been walking for hours. And no one mistook me for Jean Seberg, either.

But I do like this new Lightroom software very much. This is a filter called Cold Tone. It's fun, huh? I also figured out what my best self-portraiture angle is. It's called In Over My Head.

I am seriously going to put my feet up and watch at least one movie. And eat some Cherry Garcia because we didn't get any ice cream today.

If someone would pleeeeease write me a doctor's note so I can stay home from work tomorrow, I will totally be your best friend. Pleeeeeease.

Oh dear - I should have made you come in and drink some of my herbal restorative tea. I was pretty tired as well but had a fabulous time. You are even prettier in person than in your pictures and could give Jean Seaberg a run for the money.

I am so in love with your new do. Great self-portrait, btw.

you really look adorable. i wish i could wear bangs like that.

upon your encouragement in a previous post i downloaded the trial of lightroom.. i haven't opened it yet but i am thinking i will like it. i am a Mac diehard and have an older version of Aperture i don't use. i use photoshop for all my edits but i would like to have something for those quick work-ups.

and maybe i would look good blue too...

Hi elizabeth,

This angle hides all flaws. It's not particularly natural, but still...

thanks!

Hi sarah,

You've been sick for some time now! Please take care of yourself. Can you take a few days off and rest?

I'm glad you like the picture. I am thankfully not so tired today.

Hi namastenancy,

I had some restorative Ben and Jerry's (see, I still got my fix) and it somewhat revived me. Actually, it just made me feel more like lazing around, which I did quite well into the evening.

See you again!

Hi red shoes,

Does that mean you're going to write my note for me? let's swoon together.

Hi Johanna,

I am finally coming to grips with my hair. After I did it, I had hair remorse for a little while. But now I'm getting the hang of it. I think putting funny colors on my photos is doing the trick, too.

;-)

Hi robin bird,

Good for you! I had both Aperture and Lightroom trial software and used them both. For some reason, the interface and useability of Lightroom really worked for me, although it was a close call and I gave them both equal consideration. No matter what you choose, there are also good video tutorials online so you can teach yourself as you go.

I doubt I will use PS much at all (I have it but am not much of a photomanipulator) so for right now, Lightroom will be my main program.

I bet you would look good in blue!

Dang am I too late with the note?? You know I would write it, if it would work is a whole different story.

Oh, it is good we weren't in school together or work for that matter. ; )

You are adorable!

Hi christina,

Yeah, it's too late for the note but that's okay. The day's almost over which means it's one day closer to the weekend again. (Sad, I know.)

It's probably a very good thing we don't go to school together because we'd always be cutting class and looking for good things to eat.

You ARE lovely :-)
